Writer, Director: Paul Bernardo
Born in Hoboken, NJ - Paul Bernardo was inspired by the likes of Frank Sinatra, and Marlon Brando in “On The Waterfront.”
Aspiring to be a filmmaker all his life, Bernardo stayed true to his roots in the East Coast and went to the acclaimed film school, School Of Visual Arts. It was during his tenure there that he made some valuable partnerships and picked up some awards for screenwriting and created his own short-lived
comedy show, DeadBeets.
After traveling to France to support his film in competition at
the Cannes Film Festival, he came back to the states and was highly sought after by the entertainment conglomerate, MTV. It is here he continues to make his home, and gets his hands in his own personal projects as often as he possibly can.
